Heart of Gold Dinner

Charcoal grilled shrimp and sea scallops, smoked portabella mushroom soup, peanut crusted black earth pork belly with pumpernickel bread pudding, and pumpkin cheesecake with pomegranate coulis were among the eight featured courses at the 2010 OSF St. Francis "Heart of Gold" dinner.

The annual event benefits OSF St. Francis Foundation and raised more than $30,000, for new equipment and provide needed services for the benefit of OSF patients.
