C.R.A.D.L.E. (Childbirth Realities and Developing Life Education) is comprised of OB/GYN nurses dedicated to the concept of preparing for new life and birth through pregnancy education and the pursuit of relaxation techniques to full prepare for childbirth.
We have an established curriculum of prepared childbirth classes that cover such topics as nutrition, exercise, warning signs of trouble with pregnancy, the labor process, and relaxation/comfort techniques, with some easy breathing patterns to prepare for childbirth. The series includes videos and a tour of OSF St. Francis Hospital's OB/Nursery department.
Cost for this class is $35.00 per couple and registration is required. To register, please call our OB/Nursery department at (906) 786-5707 ext. 5175.
