Heart of Gold Dinner

Each year the OSF "Heart of Gold" dinner features succulent dishes specially prepared by chefs from across the Upper Peninsula, all members of the Upper Michigan Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.

Among featured dishes at this eight-course dinner, held each year in October, have been charcoal grilled shrimp and scallops, Chilean sea bass, smoked portabella mushroom soup, black bean and butternut squash soup, pumpernickel bread pudding, pumpkin cheesecake and crème brulee.

The annual event benefits the OSF St. Francis Foundation and raises more than ,000 for new equipment and technology.
