That's why our visiting hours are flexible, we provide ample parking, and make sure that our patient rooms and waiting areas offer the best in comfort. The skilled and compassionate physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners, along with nurses and support staff at OSF St. Francis set the standard for patient care.

Each patient is treated like family with personal care, compassion and a commitment to excellence. The access we provide to specialized clinics, modern medical technology, and a long list of resources make each patient's stay, however long or brief, one that will ultimately lead to a full recovery.

At Your Service

OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group is pleased to offer a new service that allows patients to order meals at their convenience, with more menu choices. Patients can order breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout the day, choosing what they want, when they want it. Meals are delivered to the patient within 30 minutes.

A variety of menus are available to accommodate physician-ordered diets. The traditional breakfast menu includes made-to-order omelets, French toast, pancakes, oatmeal, fresh fruit, muffins and more. A typical lunch/dinner menu features a variety of salads, made-to-order individual pizzas, soups and sandwiches, and roast turkey, beef or pork.  Learn More >>>

Wireless Access

Free wireless access is available to patients and visitors of OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group.  Our WiFi network is available throughout the Hospital and Medical Office Building, including waiting rooms, the emergency department, walk-in clinic, and patient rooms.

Informational pamphlets are available in various locations throughout the Hospital and Medical Office Building. Two computer work stations are also available for patient and visitor use.
