Chicken Teriyaki
Ingredients:
3 pounds chicken, quartered, skinned
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
dash pepper
Instructions:
Spray a pan with non-stick
vegetable spray. Brown the chicken in the skillet. Combine
remaining ingredients in bowl. Drain excess fat from chicken pan
and add soy sauce mixture. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes
four servings.
