Turkey a la King
Ingredients:
4 Tbsp. Margarine
4 Tbsp. Flour
2 cups skim milk
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash pepper
2 cups diced cooked turkey
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1/4 cup chopped pimento
Instructions:
Melt margarine and add flour. Blend
with 2 cups milk and seasoning. Cook, stirring constantly, over
low heat until sauce is thickened. Add the meat, mushrooms and
pimento. Heat through. Serve over toast points, noodles, rice or
cornbread. Makes six servings.
